Industry is a new shared workspace in Denver’s RiNo district. (It also happens to be where Zenmann is headquartered.) The Industry building was developed as a work environment that would stimulate a creative energy and inspire all its tenants. Zenman was excited to have the opportunity to design a site that showcased the amazing building as well as showcase the varied companies that exist at Industry. As the development of the building continues, so too does the Industry website. The first phase included designing and developing a responsive website that accurately portrayed the development happening here, in both the building itself and the companies it houses.

The additional phases include custom application development for tenants to reserve shared conference rooms and presentation spaces, or request food or coffee for delivery to a conference room or office.  As tenants ourselves, we are continually presenting new technologies that would make our lives better, giving us the pleasure of developing tools that are useful not only for Zenman, but also Industry as a whole.

With Phase I completed and the Industry website design already winning awards, we are excited to get moving on phase II. This will include a robust backend for tenant amenities, such as ordering lunch on your iPhone for delivery during a meeting. We are working to create the tools to help make Industry the best place to work in Colorado. We plan to continue developing additional tools to serve the suggestions from fellow tenants and the Zenman staff.
